I love to mentor people and solve problems. To do that, I use my 30 years’ work experience, combine my research about The Future of Project Management and elevate people into a positive state to see issues and problems from a different perspective and create innovative solutions. Leading teams and managing large-scale projects is my passion and now, I also got Project-Mentors™ a new platform for global mentoring & coaching.
As a project management consultant (PMC) and founder of PMCC-CORPORATION, an international brand for project management consulting, I have dedicated my time to project management, system engineering & integration and contract management in South East Asia. With publishing of project management articles with the focus on EPC projects, I have been awarded as the PD of the Year 2014 and 2015. I earned qualifications as electrical engineer and a master’s in business administration. My continuous learning got me professional certification with NLP and ICF coach, a PMP from PMI®, a Scrum Master, and IPMA® First National Assessor.
With my PMCC team, I have completed several large and complex EPC projects as project management consultants and system integrators in Malaysia and Indonesia. My experience has grown from different industries, working at senior positions in different trades and especially large projects in the railway and power plant industry. Besides being a consultant, I have conducted trainings and project simulation in project management in Asia and Middle East.

FAQ
How mentoring works?
Mentoring Definition: The act or process of helping and guiding another person to support their personal development.
Your mentor will work with you to add awareness on what you want to achieve and help you to create an action plan to get closer to what you want. You’ll generally meet via VC or a personal meet-up once a week or twice a month and work at your own pace to resolve tough spots, gain insights and achieve results.
What is a "chemistry meeting"?
In our opinion, really successful mentoring is only possible if the mentor and mentee “click” with each other by mutual respect, good rapport and the mentor is able to help on the mentees request. The mentee also has to commit to take the necessary actions and follow the plan set out during the mentoring sessions. All those topics will be discussed during the “chemistry meeting” before the real mentoring sessions start. Usually, such an initial discussion is free, yet, it can give already a lot of insights for the potential mentee.
What are the benefits of mentoring?
Mentoring in many ways increases the self-confidence of the mentee due to the experience from the mentor who is able to tell how things work. However, there are wide-ranging benefits, depending on the mentee’s goals and effort on the action plan towards these goals.
Corporate internal mentor programmes creates a greater momentum as it can contribute to the overall benefits of the overall business strategy, and successor planning.
Mentoring can improve communication & leadership skills, higher productivity, the art of asking questions, delivering feedback, get exposure to new perspectives, growing a personal network, increased chance of promotion, and many more.
What’s the difference between mentoring and coaching?
A mentor is someone who shares their knowledge, skills and experience, to help the mentee to develop and grow either on their own goals or many times pre-defined goals by the employers strategy and objectives.
A coach is someone who provides guidance to a coachee by eliciting their own resources and goals and helps them reach their full potential.
In both approaches, there is an action plan and the mentee’s or coachee’s commitment to put in the necessary effort to achieve the results set out in the action plan.
